With PressPort you can choose to only publish your press releases. The press releases will only be published on the various PressPort websites and sync'ed to news indexes like Google News.
Press releases will not be distributed. Publishing press releases instead of distributiing them has a limited PR-effect, but the price is lower.

Distribute your press releases from a selection of 370,000 media contacts found in 100 categories with subcategories such as "News - newspapers, TV, radio, internet", Fashion - illustrated magazines, trade magazines, internet" and "Health - news site, newspaper section, union, weblog".

It's free to add files and photos. You can add an unlimited amount of files and photos in formats such as jpg, tif, psd, doc, pdf and other common file formats.

You can choose an unlimited amount of media as long as they are relevant to the news. Your press release will also be added to PressPort's websites, news indexes, RSS-feeds etc. You decide when the press release should be distributed to the selected media contacts, e.g. in "5 minutes" or at a specific date.

Selecting our Pro-account will allow to distribute unlimited press releases. By default you can distribute press releases to 1 country of your choice. You can however add more countries / upgrade your account if you want to unlimited distribution in more countries. We have more than 170 countries to choose from.

If you are several people in your organization that manages the PR-campaigns, please feel free to create extra logins - at no extra charge. That way everybody can handle the PR-campaigns and everybody can follow the progress.

With Web Analytics you can analyze the effect of your PR campaigns. Web Analytics is free of charge if you select our Pro account.

With PressPort Mediamonitoring you can determine the effects of your PR-campaign in an easy and effective way. We can both monitor your press releases and specific keywords you have in mind (like competitor names, brands, products or persons).

How does it work?
Every time our system finds articles that are inspired by your press releases or keywords, we will either provide your with a link to the article and show the results when you are logged onto PressPort - or we you will receive the articles by snail mail depending on the country you are located.

PressPort Mediamonitoring can be ordered when you are logged into the system. You can buy media monitoring for keywords even if you have not distributed a press release.
